Terry Weerappah

Practising exclusively in family law, Terry Weerappah brings a wealth of experience to the table – with over 50 years of practice as a barrister and solicitor, and 25 years exclusively in family law. He ensures that he stays up to date with all the latest family law legislation and cases, and regularly authors papers on family law issues and recent cases for publication to other lawyers and judicial officers.
Prior to the last 25 years, in which he has appeared regularly as counsel in the family law

Family and Property Law Partner, Annabelle Brasher, has been an essential member of our staff since 2008 and is valued by our staff and clients alike for her hard work, determination, integrity and great communication. Anika Waldin

Anika has worked in the criminal law sector since 2018 – initially in a police prosecutorial role. She moved to Bayside Solicitors as a defence lawyer in 2021, and has the experience of knowing how police prosecutors operate. Her experience is your advantage. Throughout her time at Bayside Solicitors, Anika has worked on a number of complex matters including fitness to plea matters in the County Court of Victoria, and Intervention orders subject to judicial review in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
