Family Lawyer
Kate Brockman is an integral member of our Family Law team, dedicated to resolving parenting and property matters efficiently and to her clients’ best advantage. She regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, ensuring clients are kept fully informed of each step and the Court’s perspective—whether balancing children’s best interests or achieving a just and equitable property settlement.
A compassionate lawyer, Kate understands that Family Law disputes can be daunting and stressful. Through regular communication, she clarifies uncertainties and guides clients through each phase. While her primary focus is Family Law, Kate also advocates in the Magistrates’ Court for Criminal and Intervention Order matters when required.
Outside of work, Kate has been a Scout for over 20 years, gaining insight into the benefits of group activities for children and child psychology. She enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
