Pankaj (Kaj) Sharma

Kaj completed his Bachelor of Laws at Monash University in 2011 and commenced practice with Bayside Solicitors in 2012.

With a varied practice, Kaj has a great success rate in criminal law, intervention orders, family law (both children and property matters) and civil litigation. He regularly appears in the Magistrates’ Court, Family Courts and the Federal Circuit Court and over the last 5 years has made in excess of 1,500 appearances. He knows his law and he knows the idiosyncrasies of the local Judges and Magistrates – a great advantage to his clients.

Alysia is the second founding principal of Bayside Solicitors and leads the commercial side of the practice. Alysia works as a commercial lawyer and therefore works in commercial litigation, sale and purchases of small business, property law including conveyancing.
